Our Story

Phoenix Chinese Café, opened couple of decades ago by Ren and Lisa Wu, originally from Guangzhou, China, is well-known for authentic Chinese cuisine and seafood. Ren (John) Wu, who recently retired as the Chief Chef under the new management, and other chefs are committed to upholding the "southern "style of Cantonese cooking. 

The Phoenix Chinese Café has been the go-to place for food lovers who look for high-quality Cantonese cooking. The new management’s top priority is customer satisfaction. The team leader, with a 40 plus years of experience in PR, strives for providing a whole package -- neat and clean environment with nice ambiance ideal for enjoying good conversation over high-quality authentic Chinese food.
